Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Prohibited conduct

• content, messages or profile material that depicts, promotes, solicits or normalizes sexual abuse or exploitation of minors;
• attempts to groom, coerce, extort, traffic or otherwise exploit a minor;
• requests to create, share, buy, sell or distribute child sexual abuse material;
• links, instructions or coded language intended to evade detection or facilitate child exploitation;
• any use of Cercle to contact or target minors for sexual, exploitative or unsafe purposes.

Prevention and moderation

Cercle limits access through an application and verification process, does not operate as an open public directory and targets adults aged 18 and older. Member activity can be reviewed when reports, safety signals or support requests indicate a risk. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and restrict access without advance notice when needed to protect people or comply with law.

Reporting

Reports can be sent to safety@cercle.house. Please include the relevant member name, message, screenshot, date, city or other context if available. Do not send or forward child sexual abuse material except as required by law or a competent authority.

Escalation to authorities

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or credible child-exploitation risk, we take appropriate steps under applicable law. This may include reporting to law enforcement, national child-protection authorities or other legally authorized reporting channels.
