Child safety standards

Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated 22 July 2026. Cercle is a private professional-introduction service intended for adults. We do not permit child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors or any conduct that endangers children.

Anyone can report a child-safety concern to safety@cercle.house. We review these reports urgently and take action to remove content, restrict accounts and notify appropriate authorities where required.

Prohibited conduct

Prevention and moderation

Cercle limits access through an application and verification process, does not operate as an open public directory and targets adults aged 18 and older. Member activity can be reviewed when reports, safety signals or support requests indicate a risk. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and restrict access without advance notice when needed to protect people or comply with law.

Reporting

Reports can be sent to safety@cercle.house. Please include the relevant member name, message, screenshot, date, city or other context if available. Do not send or forward child sexual abuse material except as required by law or a competent authority.

Escalation to authorities

When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or credible child-exploitation risk, we take appropriate steps under applicable law. This may include reporting to law enforcement, national child-protection authorities or other legally authorized reporting channels.
